This Christmas at Pool Grill, we intend to spoil you with every taste along the way. And perhaps you can tell by the starter of silky smooth Foie Gras Terrine, complemented with Fresh Figs, and Raisin Brioche. Then relish the rich White Bean Soup, with Seared Scallops, Crème Fraîche, and Truffle Oil.

Take your pick from the customary Roast Turkey, with Chestnut Foie Gras stuffing, or savour the Pan-seared Sea Bass. For dessert, choose either the Christmas Pudding – infused with the sweetness of Brandy butter and Brandy sauce or, the nostalgic English Sherry Trifle – steeped in sherry and tradition.
