Terms and Conditions

1. All cake orders must be placed at least 3 working days in advance for orders of less than 10 cakes. Orders of more than 10 cakes have to be placed at least 7 working days in advance.
2. Small orders of 1 to 3 cakes can be placed directly at Big O Restaurant.
3. Cakes can be self-collected at Big O Restaurant during restaurant operating hours.
4. Delivery charge of $40.00 (before GST) is applicable for cake orders below $450.00. Cake orders above $450.00 are entitled to complimentary delivery.
5. All deliveries will only be made during restaurant operating hours.
6. Please do not send cash via mail. Cheque payments should be crossed and made payable to Big O (3) Pte Ltd.
7. Cake orders will only be confirmed upon receiving a 50% deposit payment.
8. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total billed amount, will be levied on cake orders cancelled after confirmation.
9. Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
10. For credit card payments, a secured payment link will be emailed to the email address provided.
11. All prices quoted are subjected to GST.
